JFit Bootcamp Mix is an indoor/outdoor program that offers a mix of fitness instruction, nutritional guidance, and motivational training-packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.  Whether you want to lose weight, increase your energy and motivation, look great, feel great, or you just want to try something new-this program is for you!

We use a mix of exercise techniques, a mix of equipment, and you will meet a mix of people- all ages, sizes and fitness levels and with similar fitness goals.  Come join our fitness boot camp family in Carmel or Zionsville.
