Our Program

We provide a variety of equipment including Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Sleds, Sand Bags, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, Weights, and much more. No two workouts are the same! We structure the program so that no one feels left behind. You work at the pace that you feel comfortable. Positive, encouraging environment!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $279 for 20 hours of instruction! That’s just $13.95 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services – this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

You can also choose to come three days per week for a discount of $90. Total cost is just $189 or you can do four days per week for $234. Note: Even greater results occur when you enroll in the full 5-day-per-week program.

We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. If you enroll in the 4 or 5 days per week program you will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach during the first couple of days of your session. The pre-evaluation is not mandatory, but allows us to track your progress.  We will log your current weight and take a few simple measurements.

What you can expect:

  1. One hour per boot camp day for 3 to 4 weeks
  2. Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
  3. Expected results when you complete camp are: 3-5% reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, better relaxation, 5-12 pounds of weight loss, 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection, 25% improvement in endurance, 25% increase in strength, and 100% gain in self-confidence.

I thoroughly enjoyed the last four weeks of boot camp….ok, so the 5:30 am part of it wasn’t thoroughly enjoyable! I appreciate your expert instruction and ability to motivate.
